MECHANICAL PRECISION

Turning

The turning process allows for the creation of circular and revolving parts from a raw piece, where excess material is mechanically removed during the roughing phase. Subsequently, the object is refined using tools during the finishing process, until the desired dimensions specified by the customer are achieved.

Milling

Milling is a mechanical machining process in which the mill removes material from a workpiece, creating complex surfaces. The workpiece is secured on a worktable while the mill executes precise cuts. Computer numerical control (CNC) machines allow for increased precision and automation. We provide milling services for a wide range of industrial sectors, ensuring high-quality results, hundredth-of-a-millimeter precision, and compliance with customer specifications.

Slotting

Chamfering and gear cutting are specific types of machining processes performed by chip removal, particularly suitable for modifying internal surfaces of a hole such as keyways, gear teeth, or grooved profiles.

It involves obtaining vertical, straight, or shaped grooves through the intermittent passage of a special single-cutting tool to gradually obtain the desired shape and size while maintaining tight tolerances.

Welding

Welding is a mechanical process that allows joining two metallic pieces using heat and/or pressure, with the possible addition of an external metal (known as filler metal). This process is mainly divided into two categories: autogenous welding and heterogeneous welding.
